Whom do we employ? |
| Applicants are carefully screened for their abilities to
communicate and project a positive first impression. Driving records are
checked, as are references. Applicants are screened for substance abuse
problems. All employees acknowledge in writing at the
inception of employment that they understand and agree to follow the
operating policies as outlined in our Employee Conduct and
Responsibilities Handbook concerning promptly and courteously
assisting all customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Employees
receive rigorous instruction and training from a supervisor who acquaints
them with the performance standards to which they would be expected to
comply. The supervisor carefully checks to see that all employees adhere
to MVPC performance standards. |
How do we charge & bill for our
services? |
| Miller Valet Parking Company charges an hourly rate for
all payroll hours incurred at any given location. The hourly rate includes
all wages, benefits, supervision, tickets, and insurance.
MVPC collects
and deposits all parking revenues at "paid parking" locations
submits net revenues monthly to Owner with detailed statements and
supporting documentation of all expenses.

What are our operational procedures? |
| Customers are approached by an attendant as soon as the
vehicle arrives. Vehicle doors are opened, eye contact is made, customers
are greeted in a friendly manner, the parking fee, if any, is collected,
and the customer is issued a parking ticket. Physical assistance is
rendered as needed (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.). All vehicles are
carefully parked, the doors are locked and the keys brought back to a
secure area. The keys are hung with the ticket stub attached on a hook.
The license plate, parking location, attendant’s initials, model &
color of vehicle, are all written on the ticket stub so that the vehicle
can be easily identified when the customer is ready to leave. Customers
are treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times with the goal
being to get them in and out of the parking facilities as quickly as
possible. |
| Insurance |
| Our
insurance is the most comprehensive coverage available. We have
$10,000,000 of limit, and the quality of our carrier (Amerisure) is Best
rated "A" or better. There are very few parking companies with this level of
insurance. Umbrella
insurance and bonding are available upon request. Our insurance
coverage allows our customers to relax knowing that all situations are
covered. |
