A GREETER  IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR WELCOMING GUESTS TO OUR LOCATIONS AND ASSISTING GUESTS WITH DIRECTIONS. OUR GREETERS ARE THE FIRST AND LAST IMPRESSION GUESTS RECEIVE AT THE ESTABLISHMENTS WE SERVE.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must pass a customer service test.

  • Must be familiar with local roads and freeways.

A VALET PARKING SUPERVISOR  IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING A CREW. AS A SITE SUPERVISOR, YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP TRAIN, DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM OF ASSOCIATES. OUR SUPERVISORS  ARE OFTEN THE FIRST AND LAST IMPRESSION GUESTS RECEIVE. 

BEFORE YOU APPLY, YOU MUST MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW.

  • High School Diploma or GED.  One year of supervisory experience or at least three years of experience in the parking industry.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, which includes Word, Excel, & Outlook. 
  • Must have at least 3 months valet experience. 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work. 
  • Must have a valid Michigan Driver's License.
  • Must have 3 or less points on your driving record and no suspensions over the last 5 years.
  • Must have a working e-mail address. 
  • Must have a working cell phone.
  • Must possess a social security card.  
  • Must have no visible tattoos.
  • Must be able to read, speak and write the English language.
  • Must have no DWI, DUI, or any other alcohol/drug related convictions.
  • Must be able to run and stand for long periods of time. 
  • Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather.
  • Must be able to direct, motivate, schedule and discipline a crew of associates.
  • Must have a flexible schedule & be able to work most weekends.
  • Be able to drive a manual (Stick shift) transmission very well. 
  • MUST BE EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF A SHUTTLE DRIVER IS TRANSPORTING GUESTS / PATIENTS AT OUR MEDICAL CENTER LOCATIONS FROM POINT "A" TO POINT "B" AND BACK. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE A MUST. A "CLASS A" OR "CLASS B" LICENSE IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED FOR ALL SHUTTLE POSITIONS. 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work. 
  • Must have a valid Michigan Driver's License.
  • Must have 3 or less points on your driving record and no suspensions over the last 5 years.
  • Must have a working phone.
  • Must possess a social security card.
